(On tap @ CBC 2016 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours hazy yellow-gold with a white head. Aroma of tart aromatic citrus (yuzu, lime) and conifers, subtly peppery, lactic sourness, light wheat. Flavour is pretty sour lactic citrus, lemon-lime juice with bitter, aromatic zest, yuzu, pine needles, floral, a bit spiced. Acidic, cleansing citrus finish. Medium body, average carbonation. Nice, refreshing stuff, the sudachi complements and fleshes out the usual citrus of a Berliner.
