Pierre Turn 1

Foeder-Aged Golden Saison. Named from Jean-Pierre, the original cooper in France who made our oak vessels (3000 L vessels cut from a much larger Cognac aging tank), this Golden Saison encompasses 15 different strains of yeast and bacteria that were at play during the secondary fermentation in foeder Pierre (we named our other foeder Jean). The result is a 5.8% beer that is very light, bright, delicate and delicious.
