Tap @ Café Morshuis Albergen. Cereals and floral notes in the aroma. Spicy, slightly woody flavor with anis, gagel, floral notes. Grainy flavor, cereals and a soft spicy bitterness. Decent.

Bottle @ home. Let me first say this is 3.5 years past the BB date. Deep amber colour wit particles floating. Small off white head with retention. Aroma's: sweetish, oxydized, red fruit. Retronasal about the same, a bit herbal. Flavour is moderate sweet, perfumey. Light medium bodied. Soft prickly carbonation. Slightly dry finish, slowly evolving into light moderate bitterness. Not too bad given the age.

Pale brown colour with thin lacy head. Aroma and flavour are both dominated by intense malts. Despite this there is a light woody dryness in the finish offering some balance.

Bottled (backlog, from Biernavigatie). Hazy goldeny orange colour with small fluffy head that leaves lace. Aroma is gluelike sweetness along with some fruits, yeast and mild herbal notes. Flavour has the same elements in a good balance, with a slight alcoholic sting to it as well.

Bottled 330ml, thanks Bierkoning
Slightly hazy golden-amber color, small white head, some lace. Fruity sweetish aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Fruity with some alcohol and light citrusy bitterness. Despite of traditional background and partly historic recipe, tastes very much like common Belgian blonde. Not too bad.
