Tasting at Matt's, synthetic cork
Very pale yellow. Nice aroma, flowers, wax. Soft and dry mouthfeel, so dry that chemicals appear too easily

Very pale. Fruity and plasticy maybe with a touch of alcohol. I get a touch of the apple, but I also mostly get this bland somewhat woody note. Not offensive, but definitely pretty far from good mead. Touch of clover honey and wood, but zero complexity and not interesting.

750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde, no head. Nose is more like a white wine with subdued honey. Flavour is very dry, with dry white wine dominating upfront, with subtle honey notes. It's basically a dry white wine with subtle honey. Solid stuff.
