Tasting at Matt's
Murky amber color with some red hue. Strong aroma of currants, jam. High carbonation, smooth mouthfeel, mild currants flavor, moderate acidity, strong astringency.
A bit too dirty.

Hazy, light purple colour. No head. On the aroma, there's a lot of candyish blackcurrant. On the palate, light fruit, without any malt - that just vanishes,. Almost a hollow beer, with just a touch of the blackcurrant.

Bottle - Wine gums and candy. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Soured cassis wine gums. Decent.

500mL bottle, pours a murky cloudy peachy pink with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with black currant, with earthy notes, and a strange fermented cabbage. Flavour is disgusting, with tons of rotting cabbage, subdued black currant, and some vomit. This is truly messed up. Undrinkable.

Dark straw color with orange tint. Hight and steady head. Strong smell of black currant. Some hoppy notes but overall impression is very fruity. Medium to high sourness, low bitterness, low sweetness. Moderate carboation, medium body.
