This dark and tart Gose uses our award winnning Prophets & Nomads as the base. The pour is a unique, dark, cloudy colour and provides a refreshing crispness and twang. The berries add a surprising little punch of sour on your first sip with low hop bitterness. Coriander and Himalayan salt adds spice and a touch of sharpness to the beer to finish.

473ml can. Pours a gorgeous hazy magenta with a small, foamy, short lived, pink head that laces. Sweet fruity aroma of bready wheat malt, blackberry, black currant, yogurt, plum and faint salt. Sweet fruity flavour of bready wheat malt, blackberry, lemon, raspberry and black currant in a dry, tart lacto finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Not getting any coriander and just a hint of salt, but juicy and delicious. The adjuncts improve upon Prophets & Nomads greatly.

Purple and hazy, with a big thick pale purple head. Lots of blackberries on the nose and palate. Quite tart. Just a hint of citrus. Mostly just a berry sour - not getting salt in here either.

Pours a hazy strawberry-red colour with a big creamy-frothy darker pink head, very good retention and creamy thick lacing. Berry aromas with the fruity sweetness blended with vanilla. The taste shows the berry fruits with a lemon sourness and hints of salt in the finish. A touch of tart on the tongue. The lemon zest comes in the nose with time. Quite a nicely balanced fruity, sour gose.

Tap at Brasserie V. Deep purple-red body. Foamy pink head. Aspirin dryness from the berries. An OK offering, but a little too cleaned up and streamlined. Has an earthy, bland tone to it. OK.

Pours a very nice valpolicella color with a rather amazing pink head from a can. Rather flimsy aroma, a bit better flavor. Nice light salt. Good beer.

A very intense red and rose gose with no head. In aroma, nice cranberry, dark fruits, light acidity and light mineral notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart sweet fruity mix with mineral notes, light Epsom salts, light acidity, very nice. Can at Brother's Beer Bistro.

Pint can from Wine Warehouse. My can says: Gose Ale brewed with blackberry, black currant, lemon zest, coriander & Himalayan salt. Pours magenta with a magenta head. Aroma is tart berry, green vegetation, bread. Flavor is tart raspberry, green stems, salt, lemon zest. Lots of juiciness, tart, but still juicy.
