Mikkel and Brian are two of the world’s most unconventional brewers. By designing beers at various breweries around the globe, they have found the freedom to experiment and innovate, resulting in unique beers that often blur the lines of definition. After having met at a festival in Bodegraven, NL the two realized that their first creations both were called Stateside. It was then an obvious decision to make the two recipes into a new product, packed full of piney, resinous hops, and backed by the esters of a farmhouse yeast strain.

Bottled. Pours gold with subtstantial head. Huge-mongous-ish Pine and resis aroma, also lots of graprefruit. Matched deliciously well with cornish game hen. really.

Keg at Craft. Clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is fruity, peaches, apple juice. Taste is a bit herbal, and tingly in the mouth with a bitter and fruity finish. Lovely!

From old notes. From tap. Hazy golden orange color with off white head. Malty, hoppy and yeasty aroma, caramel, citrusy fruity, spicy. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle at the Klooster, Delft. Poured a hazy medium amber with a huge frothy white head. The aroma is big yeast citrus, burnt sugar, pine needles. The flavour is light sweet acidic, light sour with some bitter notes and a yeast woody dry light bitter palate. Medium bodied with frothy carbonation and a bubbly mouthfeel. Lots of flavour and very refreshing.

Nice. Bretta and hay with some hops. Pours cloudy orange with great head and lacing. Finishes with light, lemony sourness and a touch of peppar. Bretta brilliantly balanced. Bottle thanks to JT. Nice citrus all around. Great collab between two great breweries.
