7/10/2023. Can shared at Ulfborg. Pours hazy/cloudy pale, yellow gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma is zesty, citrus, lemon, lemongrass, grain. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness, medium tartness. Moderate body, slightly salty, average carbonation. Nice, long tart finish. Enjoyable.

ABV: 4.9%. Pours cloudy hazy look, a light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, brett, tart, citrus, light funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, citric, citrus, brett - funky, yeast - saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231007]

Can @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are lactose acid, white wine, malt, hops, fruits and has a nice sour finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy and moderate acetic aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. NIce acetic notes. Average finish. Oily palate.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy peachy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrus zest, saison yeast and light biscuity malt. Flavour is crisp and citrusy, with saison yeast, lightly tart citrus, and biscuity malt. Citrusy and smooth. Good stuff.
