500ml bottle from the brewery. Pours a deep cola brown, medium sized beige froth atop. Aroma of dusty dark malts. Flavour profile presents a gentle dark malt profile, soft roast with very mild chocolate notes. Ok for a dark mild. Should've had this yesterday for a mild in May beer!

Bomber from brewery. Dark, near black pour, small bubbly head, then flat. Aroma is roasty malts, light smoke. Taste is mildly bitter and roasty. Feel is about right, not too thin. Light chocolate, burnt toast.

Draught @ Bruxellensis. Licorice in the nose. Thin. Roast, licorice and laurel in the flavor. Low on carbon. Tasty mild ale.
