Our flagship IPA features tropical fruit (lychee, passionfruit), citrus (orange), and a little bit of pine in the aroma, all of which disguise the bitterness as all you taste are pure hops. Pale gold in color, and light to medium in body, Electrocution is the quintessential hoppy San Diego IPA. Pair this with one of our skewer plates – goes extremely well with garlic pepper shrimp and pomegranate sirloin.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a clear deep gold body that supports a nice white head of foam. The aroma offers up thin malts, slightly blunting spicy hops and a bit of grapefruit like citrus hops and berry. The taste delivers a firm malt bill that fully supports a hop onslaught. The hops deliver bitter to almost resiny spicy earthy dank hops sweetened some by malts and then leading to a faint berry sensation. To midway a nice thin juicy hop flavor citrus note joins in. Pretty solid IPA

16 oz can poured. Much thanks to Tcon for the share! Love the can. Slightly cloudy, bright golden pour with a lasting foam fizz head. Hop heavy aroma, a bit on the earthy side. Flavor is creamy up front, some cool melon like hops. Thick body finish. Melon like finish. Interesting for sure. Not bad.

16 oz. can, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light piney hops, a touch of herbal character and biscuity malt. Flavour is very herbal, with grassy, herbaceous notes, and biscuity malt. Rather herbal - not overly pleasant. Meh.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has grass and onion with sweet grains supporting. Flavor has a good amount of onion with a touch of pine and sweet grains backing.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy dark golden with a small head. Aroma and taste of citrus, pine, some caramel and hay. The body was medium and the finish quite bitter. Kind of relaxed and easy to drink.
