Cask at the Mill Inn. It pours clear gold with a medium white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, floral, honey, grass, biscuit and cereal. The taste is smooth, mellow bitterness, white bread, porridge, biscuit, grass, hay and a touch of spice. Medium body and soft carbonation. Well rounded and easy drinking. 7, 3, 7, 3, 14 - 3.4. Update - cask at the brewery. Fresher and more bitter. Rather nice stuff. 3.5

Bottle from the brewery. Poured a hazy medium amber with a broken frothy white head. The aroma is hop and malt. The flavour is medium bitter with a zesty yeast hop malt citrus palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Very refreshing. I liked this a lot.

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma haso notes of elderflowery hops on a light malt back ground. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and flowers, leading to a dry flowery finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.
