On tap at Stones brewery, Escondido, 10 oz pour on 14th Jan 2018. Red hue to this brown coloured brew, wispy head. Malty nose and taste, semi-sweet molasses give an earthy, nutty like feel to the beer, not too sure what the hops offered, maybe just helped to prevent the malts running away with the sweetness.

Growler from Stone World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido. This beer pours a clear dark amber color with a medium foamy light beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of dark fruit, malt and caramel. Medium to full body with flavors of earthy malt, caramel and dark fruits. The finish is malty with a peaty aftertaste. Decent overall.
