Tap at Borefts, 27/09/13. Lightly hazed amber with a moderately sized off white head. Nose is orchard fruits, bitter orange, toasty malts. Taste comprises floral notes, bitter orange, spice, apricot jam. Medium bodied, fine carbonation. Ok.

Borefts Beer Festival 5. Day 1. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and crispy. Light floral sweetness. Sweet herbs. Light tang. Light finish. A nice sweetish Gruit this one, easy going and easy drinking.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small. Mild spiced and caramelish. Bitter. Dry and toasted malty. Dry, bitter and herbal. Spiced and dry finish.

Draught @ Borefts Beer Festival, 2013. Pours hazy dark golden with a small off white head. Chamomille, cardemum, honey and yeast. Sweet and spicy. Somehow ok.

Sampled @ Borefts 2013. Clear a bit pale orange-brown color, small white head. Smell lightly malts, lightly toasted malts, herbs or spices. Taste malts, sweetish, again lightly some herbs or spices. Low to average body, average carbonation.
