Aroma of mostly malts ’n grains, with some light fruits. Flavour is malty sweetness, rather too sweet for my taste. An unimpressive brew.

Milchig trübe goldgelbe Farbe, fingerbreite weiße Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, reifes Obst, trocken, phenolisch. Geschmack nach Mirabellen, Steinobst, trocken hefig, phenolisch.

Bottle shared at home. Cloudy light golden with white head. Lemon, sour apple, doughy, oatmeal, fruity yoghurt, light spices with some cloves. Medium bodied with doughy feel, taste is light sweet with light sourness. Aftertaste is quite weird, not too into this.

Pale hazy yellow. Aroma is quite yeasty. Flavour is more on the spicy and yeasty side. Low on sweetness. Good session beer.

Bottle. Labeled as emmer weizen. Golden beer, only small head. Herbal and grassy aroma. Body is a bit thin. Notes of wheat, banana, yeast and something spicey that must be the emmer. Decent.

Bottled from Drinks & Gifts, BB Sept 2014, large sample, poured into a tulip glass. Cloudy golden color with a big white head, leaving a firm amount of thick lacing. Aroma of grainy malts, quite typical which must be the emmer, some banana, slight grassy hop, slight hint of citrus. Taste is a bit sweet and slight bitter. Quite thick creamy body, like a full-bodied weizen indeed. Also the banana notes are quite present. Medium to high on carbonation (without being annoying) and really thick in body. A hefeweizen comes closest, but then with emmer. Quite a tasty and refreshing drink. I like it.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Jopen HRLMMR & Meer ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, honey, flowers - herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, herbs, honey, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140328]

oranje/geel schuimig witte kraag maar wel met gistzweem. aroama is lekker fris karakter, citrus, graan, koriander en iets á la weizen. smaken zijn matig zoet, matig bitter, matig sterk, redelijk fruitig, citrus, sinaasappel, matig kruidig, koriander, deeg, licht zuurtje en granig. medium body, glad, afdronk zoetig en droog en ook iets van lichte groenten Meh ! blijft dus wel bij deze éénmalige poging !

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. A bit watery. 280314
