Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is sweet dark malt with milk chocolate, nutty notes, lactose, touch of coffee and roast. Flavour is medium sweet with a light bitterness. Body is medium, lightly creamy, but I expected more from nitro.

Unfassbares Erdnuss-Aroma in der Nase. Im Trunk kommt Schoko hinzu, süß, spät Zartbitter, leicht röstig, komplex aber sehr süffig. Superlecker.

Creamy tan head stayed on a near black still body. Malt, coal & lactose aroma. Medium bodied, creamy over the tongue with light clean finish. Demerara, lactose, malt & sugar to the fore followed quickly by berry, fruity citrus & a tangy finish.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours dark brown with a slight transient tan head. Nitro? Chocolate aroma. Milky. Smooth, little carbonation. Flavor is chocolate and milky dark malt. Smooth. Tasty. Lactose likely. But nitro?

20th Jan 2018, 12 oz bottle into a beautiful Kasteel glass at my daughters in California. Wisp and collar, tanned; no head on my dark pour. Slick body, oily in fact, aroma of milk chocolate, taste of Mocha and a little sweetness. Considering Belching Beaver are supposed to major on Dark Stouts this was a bit of a let down. Nothing wrong with it, just not as exciting as I was hoping for.

12 oz bottle. Pours a very dark brown with light head (no nitro influence I can see...). Aromas of dry roasted malts, ash, and powdery dark chocolate. Flavors follow same with a little nuttiness and a some lactose influence. Disappointing for the advertising.

Bottle courtesy of Baz, picked up from Beer Revolution I believe. Consumed at Builth Wells, Powys, Wales in the company of Baz, Jude, Bayley, Dom and Georgia Saturday 30th December 2017 Pours almost black with a slim beige head. Milky, really quite milky, a little fag ash from somewhere. Smooth, pretty good, some skimmed milk chocolate milkshake. Like this. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
