341mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is estery as hell, with candied sugar, floral notes, and cotton candy. Flavour is much less estery, with Belgian yeast, earthy yeast, and metallic notes. Dirty and messy, but not too bad.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange-gold with particles floating around and a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Fruity aroma of lemon, orange peel, floral, honey, Belgian yeast and spice. Fruity flavour of orange peel, lemon, grapefruit, apricot, peach, floral, honey, Belgian yeast and pepper with a dry, bitter grass finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Not bad.

0.33l bottle. When opening it was gushing and hence foaming so massively, I had to use 2 0.5l glasses to be able to save the beer. When the foam settled, it showed a slightly hazy pale yellow body. Aroma of honey, lemon zest, grapefruit and pepper. Taste of grapefruit, honey, peach and lemon zest. Bitter and sweet at the same time. Not bad, but nothing extra either.

Bottle from Cave a Bulles. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is earthy with a touch of pale fruits. Med body with fairly strong carbonation. Flavor is earthy, fruity, maybe somewhat grainy (not in a bad way). Probably more fruit than a saison might usually ave, but it’s a tasty beer.
