5oz pour at YVR. Pours mostly clear dark amber with white head. Aroma has brown bread malts. Flavour has soggy malts, some vague hoppy crispness. Nose is fine, but the palate is very macro.

Poured from the tap. Near clear copper brown with off white head. Wood, caramel malt, sugar. Better than expected.

Tin ànd malt on the nose, boring brown colour. Flavour is a lot of tangy malt with a lemony finish. Sweet on the mouth and watery. Not interesting.

Bottle - Light woody and spicy hops with a malt backbone. Clearish copper with a decent white head. Caramel and light spicy hop note. Decent.

330ml bottle. Pours a clear amber with a small, short lived, off-white head that laces. Sweet, mild aroma of caramel malt and grain. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, vegetal and grain with a mildly bitter, metallic finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Yikes!

On tap. Pours a dark amber with light head. Not much of a nose - a whiff of malts. Flavors of malts and light caramel. OK session beer but not much more.

Draught in Vancouver
Amber color. Aroma of refined sugar. Dry mouthfeel, with a light nutty touch. Ordinary bitterness. The finish is a bit papery and metallic. Poor.

Bottle. Honeyish sweet malt aroma. Amber, off-white head. Spicy, dms flavour, honey. Flat mouthfeel. Spicy aftertaste Brewing flaws stacked on a bad recipy.
