Bottle at home. Aroma of fruits, citrus, wood, malt, lots of Brett funk, tart apples, some apricot, peach, hint of caramel, hoppy notes. Flavour is moderate to medium sour with a hint of hoppy bitterness in the finish. Very dry, body is medium. Great balance and complexity, fantastic beer!

Keg at Gist, Brussels. Gorgeous geuze like taste. Gorgeous taste with easy ending - somewhat bitter/thin combo. Slight boozy but good for abv.

0.75 l bottle from 'Etre Gourmet', bottled in December 2022. Hazy, orange with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, sourish, rather fruity and gently funky aroma of overripe lemon, apricot, oak, white pepper, some red wine and hints of horse blanket. Minimally sweet, rather sour, quite fruity and gently funky taste of overripe lemon, oak, grapefruit, red wine, white pepper, some horse blanket and light rhubarb, followed by a long, rather tart, woody-dry finish. Medium body, rather astringent, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty and refreshing ale, rather sour but still balanced. Overall a pleasure to drink, but somehow I still expected a bit more regarding the quality of the base beer and the little extra from the lambic. Doesn't feel like it's more than the sum of both of it.

Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Darker golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, sour fruity nose with whiff of oak. Fruity, yeasty, light oak and some wood with tart finish. Quite nice.

Pours light amber, quite hazy. Wide bubbled white head recedes quite quickly, leaving minimal lacing. Quite intense aroma shows strong acetic sourness upfront, nice fruity notes of apple and currant plus lighter citric notes, a hint of spiciness and some funkiness (barnyard). Nice and vivid. Taste notes follow the aroma, with a significant sweet malty base (caramel most noticeable) to bring balance. Sourness is still quite present, but the beer doesn't feel very sour in the overall taste experience. Finish and aftertaste are semi-dry with a fruity reminiscence. Medium bodied with average carbonation, overall a bit more vivid/carbonated than your usual sour, which probably helps with drinkability. Overall: a well made, pleasant/easy to drink sour with good enough complexity.
