Bottle. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges slowly. Aroma has a good amount of funk with some light sweet grains and a hint of dryness. Flavor starts with brett and has a bit of earthy wheat with a dryness that lasts throughout the beer.

Thanks to ThirstyBird for sharing! Very hoppy smell, even like an IPA. The beer starts only slightly sour, even a bit watery. Mother mainpart gets a bit more tart, very nice hoppy, not too bitter but flowery and bloomy. The aftertaste is a bit horse-blanket, tart, lemon and nicely flowery with a slightly bitterness! --> nice beer, easy drinkable and nicely hopped! But the sourness could be a bit more precise! --> 12/13/10/11

Bottled, BB 8-8-2014, large sample. Hazy golden color, short frothy white head. Aroma is a bit peppery, slight citrussy, bit pineapple, slight grainy. hint of bubblegum, slight hay. Quite dry in taste, bit sweet, citrussy again. Finish is quite bitter as well together with a medium tartness. Im a fan, but this one feels a bit unbalanced.

#10 Oersoep. 33 cl. bottle @ home. Procured from De Hopduvel. First Oersoep beer in a 33 cl. bottle, I believe? Brewed & bottled @ De Molen I have been told. Has an actual label with their usual imagery, looks stunning. Bottled on 08/08/2013. Pours very hazy amber orange, little white head but some lacing. Nose is dominant presence of brett & huge bitter orange hops, USA style assault, fruity, tangerine, mango, very brutal in a good way,… Taste is huge bitter USA hops, very fruity, tangerine, mango, light pine, passion fruit, brutal almost floral touch but overall very fruity mixed with a big brett presence, this is absolutely lovely. Body is dominated by hops but good chunk of brett as well. This is lovely, expected other scores to be lower. This is one of the more enjoyable DIPA’s I have had.

Hazy brown golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, fruity, light barn, some yoghurt drink notes. Quite some hops. Yoghurt drink flavour, hops, malts, oats and a light wheat sour note. Bit watery body, low on the carbonation. Fruity finish, hops, American hops. Nice beer, not my favourite from this great brewery, but a nice beer nonetheless.
