Draft - Nice sour raspberry. Clear reddish orange with a decent white head. Soured raspberry, touch of candy and light soap.

Pinkish red. Not much head. Nice raspberry nose, fresh and bright. Tart, woody, vinous. Really nice complexity on this.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear rose-ish golden with a weak white head. Aroma is barrel notes, fermented berries, raspberry. Same taste, low to moderate dry, low sweetness. Dry aftertaste. Very refreshing and pleasant.

On tap at Structures, pours a hazy pink with a small white head. Aroma brings it notes oak, followed by tart raspberries and wood. Flavour is along the same lines, with oak, tart raspberries and light brett. Nothing overly special but it works.
