Superbe produit.

Draft - Lots of funky Brett and stone fruit. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Funky, bitter peel and even more funk. Lots of Brett and a nice bitterness. Solid.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of brett funk upfront, followed by red wine barrels, some tannins and some citrus hops. Flavour is complex, with lots of brett funk, some red wine barrel tannin character and dry hopping. Beautiful balance, with a wonderful use of brett and red wine barrels.

Tap at Bar Hop, 9th July 17. Pours light straw. Aroma is sharp, yeast, Brett and some citrus. Taste is good bretty, citrus, lots going on. Liked it, but too wrecked from the Heathrow 13 hour nightmare delay to appreciate it.
