a new addition to our limited release series and the first Double IPA of the series. We used our favourite hop combo on this one, Citra, Mosaic, & Simcoe in a mixture of both pellets and lupulin powder. Two massive dry hops give this beer a huge hop forward aroma and flavour with big notes of citrus, pineapple, mango and a little bit of dank.

Semi milky yellow body and little foam, wet fake McDonald's orange drink softly on the nose. Flavour is like orange juice cough drops, an awkward mix of candy and sugar and juice with nothing standing out very well at all. At least the high alcohol is hidden, then again for what purpose, as it's just another overly sweet IPA.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy coppery yellow with white head. Lots of biscuity malt with mild pine and tropical citrus hops. Alcohol hidden. Overall a bit too subdued and boring.

473ml can. Pours a murky gold-yellow with lots of tiny particles in suspension and a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Dank, fruity aroma of wheat malt, pineapple, mango, grapefruit, orange and pine needles. Sweet fruity flavour of wheat malt, oats, orange peel, grapefruit, pineapple, mango and pine resin with a dry, bitter, floral hop finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and average carbonation. Solid.

Tall can from the brewery (thx, Alex!) shared with wife. Canned on 2017-07-27. Pours a murky golden with a white head. Aroma is tropical fruits with stone fruits notes, just slightly dank. Taste is very malty with stones fruits notes, some boozy bitterness. Quite good.

Can - Dank citrus notes. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Light citrus and some peel with just a touch of candied pineapple. Nose is pretty big, but flavors come across a touch muted, ABV is well hidden.

On tap at 12 Kings, pours an opaque cloudy dirty orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a very herbal hop character, some piney hop oils, a little pot, and biscuity malt. Flavour is fairly muddy, with pithy stone fruits, herbal and piney hops, and citrus zest. Fuzzy and muddy yeasty, with light bitterness on the finish. It's solid, but nothing special.
