Bottle (from Ales by Mail). Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is funky, some slight tart wooden and citrusy tones with mild spiciness to it as well. Flavour is sour berries, some floral, mild farmyard and some fruity tones as well. A bit strange, but still nicely drinkable.

Bottle shared in London. Wow, I’ve had this beer for more than two years, and it is such a thrill to finally drink it. Pours clear gold with a big, big frothy white head. The nose has wood, light oxidation, marmalade. Medium sweet flavor with bitter wood, grass, husky grains. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly sticky sweet on the finish, with more bitter grass and wood, hints of oxidation, light dried caramel, more marmalade. Very interesting. Kind of like a session barley wine.

Bottle at home on 2nd February 2014 - Christmas gift. Pours hazy amber with yellowy-white lacing foam. Tart citrus aroma of tangerine and grapefruit, with some yeastiness. Rich hoppiness in-mouth with grapefruit, and herby grassiness. Finish remains citric, with rear upper-mouth bitterness. Zingy mouthfeel and medium body. A fine, tasty IPA.

Bottle split at Dadsgiving, sourced from the mighty LB Oddbins, 24/11/13. Hazed orange amber with a good sized off white covering. Nose is dank hops, tarte fruit, sublte sour tones, orange, straw. Taste comprises orange pith, mineral bite, light tarte edge to the fruit, apricot, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry closure with chalky mineral bite. Sour - really ? Decent enough drop, more aking to a slightly tarte APA.

Bottle shared by Colin at Dadsgiving - one of many. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose and taste of grapefruit, citrus, light bread, tangerine and ever so mildly slight sour lemon. Lighter medium body. Soft carbonation. Not really a sour.
