Hazy gold - amber beer, big pale cream coloured head. Airy palate with light minerally crispness. Light bretty start that is well integrated with orange and lemon peel bitterness. Little yellow grapefruit. Finishes semi dry. Nice mixture of fresh and bitter citrus here. little yeast as well.

Bottle at Lyric, Soho. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is tropical fruit, pear, apple, melon, peach earth, light tartness and mouldy wood. The taste is fresh tropical fruit, 5-alive fruit juice, orange, mango, peach, pithy grapefruit, tangy, moderate bitterness, wood, faint mustiness and dust with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. An interesting Belgian-influenced beer. Decent.
