Bottle thanks to Randy. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head. The aroma is plum skin, oak, funk. Thin body, funky, light acidity, tart plum, nice sweetness, very good.

750 ml bottle. So, I just added this beer. I realize the description has punctuation mistakes and sounds kinda odd, but that’s exactly what is printed on the label. It’s a great looking label, otherwise. Anywho, the beer is a light tannish orangey color tinged with just a hint of red. Smallish white head, sticks around for a bit. The aroma has a nice blend of plum, golden sour flavors and oak. The fruit is moderately juicy, slightly underripe plums with some skin in there. Some lemon and a mild tropical flavor. Lacto-forward sourness, some tingly acidity at the edges. Mild to medium oakiness. You can feel the foeder but it doesn’t take over. A little more lacto-ish sourness in the taste but not too puckery or acidic. A little more punch from the fruit would be appreciated, but it’s present and pleasant, just doesn’t quite take center stage as much as I’d prefer. Dry finish with a touch of bitterness as the oak picks up. A little bit of body from the fruit but quite light really. Very nice beer. I just would have preferred some more juicy sweet and sour fruitiness. The golden sour base is very good, once again. Casa Agria really deserves more acclaim.
