We couldn’t call this beer Extremis without throwing in an extreme amount of hops! Mosaic, Simcoe, and whole cone Mosaic flowers in the whirlpool. Double dry hopped with more Mosaic and Simcoe, and even more Mosaic and Simcoe in lupulin-packed cryo form! This West Coast Triple IPA comes in at a dank and delicious 10% abv.

On tap at Bottles. It pours a golden color with an off white head. The aroma is bright and fruity with grapefruit, pineapple and hints of sweeter mango. Very light pine, honey and toast. The flavor is very smooth and oily with grapefruit, pine, pineapple and peach. Warming alcohol. Hint of marzipan near the finish. A bit boozy, but right up there with the best in the style.
