Bottle, 355 ml, courtesy of JFK10000. Cloudy golden, white head. Fruity, citrus, malty, some caramel. Watery. Light bodied. Vague bitterness. Seems bit old.

Bit unclear, orange colored, medium off white frothy head. Aroma is malt, some caramel and biscuit, medium citrus, orange and floralhops. Taste is medium sweet malt, caramel, biscuit, moderate- hoppy citrus, orange candy, floral hops, medium bitterness, dryish finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily. Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. nice.

Neben der Bierschmiede aus Steinbach am Attersee gibt es auch in Kalifornien einen Bierschmied, der sich AleSmith nennt. Das Bier ist wie sehr viele amerikanische Ales sehr gut mit Aromahopfen versehen, welcher gut harmoniert. Die Malzigkeit tritt in den Hintergrund. Ein gutes Bier, das man auch einem "Bier-Laien" zumuten kann.

650 ml bottle. Pours a bright clear gold/amber with moderate head. Aromas of dank orangey hops and sweet malts. Flavors of grainy malts, a lfruity orange, a little pine and grass. Nothing special from Alesmith.
