A golden ipa with a thick frothy and lacing white head. In aroma, biscuit malt with floral hops, with light sulfur notes, citrusy, nice. In mouth, a smooth biscuit malt with floral hops, grapefruit pulp, restrained, well done but not a hop bomb.

Clear bright yellow to light orange beer, creamy irregular white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of citrus, passion fruit, sweet mango, hint of caramel malts, bit sweet. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malts, some marzipan, toast, citrus, nice bitterness, grains, bit grassy. Aftertaste: citrus, grassy hops, bit watery, nice bitterness with a touch of caramel malts.

22oz bottle. Thick, unfiltered light yellow-tan-orange body. Foamy, steady, glass lacing white head. Lemony pine tastes, very balanced and refreshing. A touch earthy, watery and easy. The hops are very present, but unique from an IPA, very clean, classic, bitter. Pretty much nails it. I’d assume this is even better fresh at the brewery.

Bomber. Pours a clear golden color with a thin, lasting white head. Aroma is nice with some citrus being the dominant factor. Taste is crisp and pretty dry. Pale malts, grassy hops, a touch of spice. Medium carbonation and a light body go good on a hot day. More please.

(Bottle) Pale golden colour with huge, foamy, white head, leaving traces of lacing. Lively carbonation. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of grapefruit, passion-fruit, lychee, grass, a touch of white bread and lemon peel. Fruity, slightly malty taste with grapefruit, tropical fruit, bready malt, lemon peel, a touch of resin and a fresh, citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Very fresh and tasty. The moderate alcohol level makes it a highly drinkable and tasty thirst quencher. Very nice.

Bottle, 9C. Just hazy pale gold with a large white head that lasts very well. Aroma of Meyer lemons (which I love), hay, pine. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Just a little pale malt sweetness, slightly honeyed hay. Almost fleshy lemon that’s a little sour as well as moderately bitter. Some hints of melon and lychees. Dry but not achingly so at the end. Right up my street.

Bouteille 22oz.
