Our new hop bomb gives a massive dose of hops without the high ABV or bitterness in IPA's. We've decided to showcase the Mosaic hop as it lends flavours and aromas of tropical fruit, blueberries and dankness. This one satisfies the hopheads but allows you to go for another round.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice caramel malt with resinous dank hops, treacle, pleasant. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with citrusy dank floral hops, grapefruit pulp, very nice. On tap at brewery.

Medium clear brown body and soft head. Wet hops on the nose with some sugary fruit. Flavour is sweet hops with a vague soft malt underpinning. Okay oiliness. Drinkable but very middling.

Taster at Legacy. Pours a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is some tropical fruits and some malty notes. Similar taste. Not bad.

Bottle from The Gull, North Vancouver
Hazy amber color. The aroma is mildly floral and fruity, but with hints of cardboard. Medium malt base, with hints of butter, not much hop quality, and some vegetable notes.
Not too bad, but it requires tuning.

Bottle. Golden-amber. Not much head. The aroma is a bit on the cheesy side, showing chewy malts and old hops. Touch of diacetyl. It's got some issues.

650mL bottle, pours a hazy copper with a small off-white head. Nose brings out lots of skunky, herbal hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is all sorts of fucked up, with lots of diacetyl, and who knows what else - certainly stale hops. A total trainwreck - undrinkable.

Bottle - Weedy, grassy and onion notes. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light weedy and onion notes with a light bitterness.
