Dry-hopped sour with pomegranate

Pomegranate juice is the star of the show. With the supporting cast member being the hop that made hops famous, Cascade hops. With its zesty grapefruit flavour and aromas that pair perfectly together here in the First Aid Kit Pomegranate Sour.

On tap at Coast Mountain, pours a hazy pale pink with a small white head. Aroma is full of yogurty lacto upfront, with gentle tart pomegranate. Flavour is full of yogurt, very tart pomegranate, citrus, and even some bitter astringency. Citric and yogurty. Useless kettle sour.

Tasting at SF; growler
Cloudy blond color. Sour, lactic acid, wheat bread aroma, dynamic and interesting. The flavor is very lemony, fizzy, there’s some flowers, light elderflowers, citrus fruits.
Very enjoyable.

Growler - Nice light bright sour notes. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Light easy sour notes. Not as interesting as the nose but still good.

Growler shared at Brian’s office. Pours a rose-ish blonde with a white head. Easy drinking, refreshing.

Touch of pink from the nar, has a big dank tropical hop nose. Tart, hoppy, bright, berryish, touch of pomegranate. Good body, too. Delicious.
