Thanks TimE for sharing! Taster showing deep amber with sparse white foam. The nose shows moderately intense tart notes of peach and apricot. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Lightly tart with moderately intense flavors of brett and Belgian yeast followed by a light bitterness on the finish.

Dark brown color. Big Brett’s nose, slightly tart and citrusy with a touch of oak. Big carbonation rye, oak and Brett with some citrus character. Not bad but not all the part work together. The note I drank the more it came together.

Bottle - Caramel and some spicy grains with some perfume. Clear copper with a decent white head. Soured spice and some caramel. Odd and perfumy.
