Fermented warm with traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast, Kveik, Nørwood is aged in oak barrels and conditioned with Brett C. Hopped exclusively with Enigma and rounded out by Golden Naked Oats, this ale sings brightly with notes of citrus, pineapple, and a hint of Brett funk, while balanced by a pleasing mineral dryness.

330mL bottle. Pours clear yellow with medium foamy white head. Aroma brings out some wild yeast and floral notes, maybe a touch of mango or peach. The flavour has some floral hops, a bit of wild funk. Excellent beer, refreshing and balanced.

A golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, loads of Brett, Enigma hops, fruity esters, light cloves, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with Brett, light lactic notes, light clove, light banana esters, very nice. On tap at Lupulus.

Bottle found at the source, on that lonely road in Delta. It pours with gigantic foam that keeps clawing at the glass and some semi-foggy yellow body. The aroma is all huge yeast and lemon juice with hop hints, kind of rough but that's the way it should be. Flavour is an excellent approach of farmhouse hay and lemon, soft hoppy citrus, all working well together. Mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing but could use just a little more oiliness to play to all the hops involved. Otherwise this is absolutely excellent.

Poured from the tap. Hazy gold with white head. Lots of stone fruit on the aroma. Taste is quite dry with an interesting mix of stone fruit, yeast, spice, and farm. Not something I would have more than one of, but I appreciate the craftsmanship of this.

Bottle at our BSG pours out hazy straw color topped with white head. Noses grapefruit floral Brett notes and some light Funk. Taste is more of the nice Citrus grapefruit perfume floral notes the Brett shows and they little light tartness.

Draught @ Darby’s. Hazy, light tan. Big fresh fruity nose - orchard fruits, bright citrus, a bit of funk. On the palate, moderate bitterness, bit yeasty, soft pale malts. Quite floral and fruity.
