a solid white head on a light straw body. The nose features fresh grapefruit pulp with other fruit notes. A lightly soured, fruity ale. Fresh grapefruit, orange and lemon notes create a well blended lead taste profile. Slightly sour and acidic. malt is understated, slightly bready and not too sweet. Very refreshing. Cuts through a warm summer thirst.

750ml bottle from the lcbo. Hazy, Cloudy yellow pour, with a medium white head. Aroma is very juicy, floral and hoppy. Loads of tropical fruit, stone fruit, citrus and a nice twany of tartness and subtle funk. Perfect mouthfeel, and carb. Low to medium bitterness, more tropical fruit with a nice malted wheat, and light tart lemon finish. Really nice stuff.

This brew is a cloudy straw color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Strings of lace. Aroma of funky yeast, citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of funky grapefruit, herbal hops, yeast and malt. The finish is tart and moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dank citra hops upfront, with plenty of wild yeast. Flavour is quite complex, with dank hops and wild yeast in good harmony. Harmonious and complex. Very good.

Cloudy, hazy. Medium head. The aroma is heavy on the pedio, with litterbox (thanks, citra!) pale malts and a touch of brett. Light tartness, clean pale malts. Again, some pedio, with a touch of pear/peach fruitiness. Ok, definitely some faults but not bad.

Solid stuff. Citrus and apricot, grapefruit. Subtle and well balanced - not too acidic. Hazy yellow pour with good head and lacing. Light tangy end. Tap at Craft brasserie.

Bottle at home bought in Toronto, recommended by HogtownHarry, drank in garden, 21st July 18. Pours a light straw colour, hazy. Aroma is lime, some light brett. Taste is clean, lime, citrus, dry a little tart, light carbonation. Great refresher in the English heatwave

Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy bright yellow color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sour tart notes with light citrusy hops notes also discernable. Taste is a good mix between some tart notes with some light citrusy hops notes and light floral undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation. The tartness has taken over he hoppy profile but enjoyable enough with good drinkability level.
