Keg at Mikkeller, Stockholm. Deep burgundy colour, no head. Tart vinous nose with black currant and some lemon. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel, low carbonation. Intense vinous flavours. Loads of black currant, notes of vanilla, some citric acid. Low bitterness. Really intense on the black currant, but doesn’t get one dimensional.

Draught at Mikkeller Stockholm.
Deep ruby body, with a tiny, pinkish head.
Aroma with lots of black currant and other dark berries, funk, barnyard, citrus, some cheese, some vinegar.
Tastes quite similar, with even more, dense dark sour berries.
Light, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes sour, fruity, funky, a bit dry, a bit citric, with black currants that stay on the tongue forever.
Very tasty! Loads of lovely black currants and other dark fruit notes. The funk isn’t too overpowering, leading to a good depth, really greatly balanced. Drinks very fresh and aromatic at the some time. Great sour fruit beer how I love it.
