Slight haze, touch of yellow, very dry, earthy, tannic, mellow apple but some bruised apple clunky ferm.

Smells of soft sweet apples with some vegetable, soft translucent green body and no foam. Flavour is soft wine hints, thin apple. Full on the mouth, good carbonation. Adequate.

Update - Light and fruity. Dry with some apple peel and decent acidity. - Light sulphur and peel. Almost clear. Light Apple fleshy notes and some sulphur with a dry finish. Not quite there for me.
