Keg at SBWF. Hazy nut brown, small head Caramelly nose. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Just caramel and white pepper. Sticky and unrefined. Dull.

Bottled at RBESG. Hazy amber, rocky head. Evident grapefruit aroma. Sweet with initial flavour of rye bread and wine gum. Medium sweet and full bodied with concetrated flavour of grapefruit, bread and bubble gum. Long bitterness. Powerful extremely flavourful, yet in control. Love it!

Bottled@RBESG 2008 Grand Tasting
Very lively beer. Clear amber color, small off-white head. Very bready-hoppy aroma. Fruity hoppy, juicy flavor. Bitter aftertaste. Very bitter ... balanced, but there is too much of everthing for my liking.

(Bottle, 0.75 l - BB 09/04/20, thanks martjoobolut, 20150926) The beer poured deep amber and quite clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, malts, ripe banana and sweetness. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, banana, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A nice strong malty brew.

(Bottle at Pikkulintu on 2008-07-16) Amber. Cloudy. Large and bit tan head. Hops, pine and alcohol in nose. Full, alcoholic and dry palate. Pine, hops, alchohol and malts in taste. Lighltly salty liquorice. With good imagination some banana aromas could perhaps be found, too. At the beginning, the hops felt quite harsh but the taste developed into quite soft and balanced one.
