Adding to our diverse line up of hoppy offerings comes a beer that focuses and experiments with the interplay of two hop varieties. If Monogamy showcases the power and prowess of one single hop, Runes sweeps in to demonstrate all the ways that two hops change and elevate one another, when in a loving and committed relationship. 10 out of 10 marriage counsellors agree, it's the best beer. But if you're looking for the Cole's notes, it's also just designed to be a delicious, hazy, IPA with high drinkability and low bitterness.
What it smells and tastes like: This combination of hops leads to aromas and flavours of peach, fresh berries and orange. Light in body, with a well balanced bitterness.

Hop bomb..... Loads of citrus and resinous notes. Some stone fruit, and grapefruit, with a strong hop pellet, green hop oil aroma. Medium to high bitterness, light cereals poke through, boat loads of more hops in the end with a very citrus, stone fruit forward finish.

On tap at Beavertown Extravaganza 2017. Hazy pale gold no head. Dank aroma. Touch of sherbet but mostly a dank ipa. With some good grapefruit lemon finish. I liked it. Very good. Reminded me of fresh thai lemongrass curry.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy amber color ale with a medium off-white foamy head with average retention and some light lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy undertones with some light residual sugar notes. Taste is a sublime mix of fresh citrusy notes with some floral undertones, some residual sugar notes and some malt notes also noticeable with no apparent bitterness. Body is full with limited filtration and good carbonation. Solid IPA which should make it to their regular offerings.

500mL bottle, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is very dank and tropical, with plenty of cat piss, dank hops, and some tropical stone fruits. Flavour is loaded with dank hops, cat piss, piney hops and some light tropical stone fruits. Dank, dry and lightly fruity. Excellent.
