Black with a thin head. Soft body with light toffee, touch of raisin. Subtle dark sugars. Main Street just nailing these casks. This is a beauty session stout.

Cask - Soft, sweet dark roast. Jet black brown with a small light brown head. Dark roast, touch of dark raisin and a light sweet roast finish. Decent, but lacking body.

Cask at the brewery
Black color with brown sparkler head. Good chocolate presence, not ashy at all, soft, a bit too much acidity, Some breadcrust, but not enough vibe.
Not bad overall.

On cask at Main Street, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is laid back, with notes of oats and lightly sweet cocoa. Flavour is light, with sweet cocoa and hearty oats. Finishes bitter and dry, with only a touch of sweetness. Meh.
