Murky, reddish-purple. Thin head. Light cassis nose. Light cassis, thin, a bit swampy, ok but there is some improper stuff. Thing is, it’s got potential if they clean it up.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Bright red color, opaque, like beet coloring in cherry yogurt. Too much carbonation, too much attenuation, tannins and astringency aggressively upfront, some berry character lost in this mess.
This is a first try homebrew, not what you’d expect from a pro.
Very bad, thinking how clumsy it is.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy bright pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out tart acidic black currants, with some herbal, grassy notes. Flavour is very underwhelming, with tart black currants, herbal notes, and some odd mineraly notes. I appreciate the effort but this is way off the mark.

On tap at St. Augustine’s during 1st 45 taps annual event with Alex and Josh. Pours an opaque red currant color with a rose head. Aroma is red currant kompot. Taste is same with hoppy bitterness. Fruity hoppy bitterness aftertaste. Pleasant.

Draft - Buttery berry. Deep reddish with a white head. Cassis and light berry fruit and a decent finish.
