Tap at the brewpub.
A nice pink/purple pour, with a Medium white head with pinkish hues. A subtle aroma of cassis with some nice tart citrus and slme light wheat notes. Great mouth feel, nice carb. Great tart finish with a pleasant fruity berry flavour. A great example of the style, not over the top, super well balanced between the fruit and tart base beer.

Nice crisp and ever so lightly hazy hazy pink and slightly ruby tinted body with a violet glow and a nice, small two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of crisp fruits with some currants and raisins and a touch of peaches and plums with a lot of sour and tart notes in the nose along with some noticeable acidity. Ultra-light-bodied; Strong fruity flavours at first that go down very easily, but show the currants, the icing sugar and a touch of lemons and citrus notes, but a lot of sour and ultra tart flavours that hit the tongue and make you immediately want another sip. Aftertaste shows more of the fruit sweetness, but overshadowed by the dry malt and amazingly tart yeast and fruit notes. Overall, a very nice and easy-drinking beer complete with a great balance of fruity notes and super tart and sour flavours that make you want to drink it more and more, while being thin and low in alcohol, so you CAN drink it quickly! A nice beer, especially after a 15mile run, while training for the USMC Marathon, just a few minutes removed from running! I sampled this 50 cL stubby Quebequois-styled bottle purchased from Marche des Saveurs du Quebec in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on 18-September-2016 for CA$6,25 sampled at home in Washington on 23-September-2017, almost exactly a year later. Bottled on: 30-August-2016 // Purchased: 18-September-2016 // Sampled: 23-September-2017

Bottle: Poured a dark reddish color ale with an off-white head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some cassis notes also noticeable. Taste is a mix of cassis and tart notes with light acidic notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Drinkability is not as high as I would have liked but still pretty enjoyable.

Ouais, il y a beaucoup de corps là-dedans!! Citron, cassis, petite acidité, malt pâle, effervescence moyenne... Une bien bonne bière selon moi!
