Bottled. A hazy red beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dusty hops, alcohol, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry woody finish.

Bottle @ home. Hazy red color, yeast residu floating in it, huge fizzy beige head. Typical aroma of a Belgian Strong Ale off balance: malts, some herbs or spices, too much alcohol, yeasty and a bit bready. Taste malts, alcohol, herbs or spices, sweetish with a herbal bitter finish. Annoying carbonation, medium body.

Tap @ Wormer, small sample. Slight hazy amber to copper color, medium head. Aroma of spicy belgian yeast, caramel, hint of raisin, hint of alcohol. Bit sweet taste, quite dry. A bit like a caramelly triple. Not bad, but not really my favorite style.
