This citrusy IPA is made with 4 "c" hops: chinook, centennial, cascade, citra.

The largest natural giant ever recorded was a man named Black Angus from Cape Breton. He would dead lift anchors to pass the time. If you’re a giant struggling to open this seemingly tiny bottle:
1. Hold it between the thumb and index finger of your left hand, being careful not to crush it.
2. Gently flick the cap off with the index finger of your right hand.
3. Enjoy the mouthful of ale, a delicious citrusy mix of Chinook, Centennial, Cascade and Citra hops.
4. Repeat as desired

Tasting at Matt’s, can
The can is gushing. Murky golden color. Nice hoppy aroma, a bit funky. Smooth, sweetish, simple flavor, ordinary bitterness, light resins, not much character.
Easy.

Hazy with a light tan. Thin head. The aroma some stale hops and pedio, with a touch of pine. Light body and light hops. There’s a bit of sweetness, again some pedio. Not really a well-composed IPA.

Can, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out citrusy hops, some juiciness, and biscuity malt -- doesn't seem overly balanced. Flavour is along the same lines, with citrus hops and biscuity malt. Not particularly well-balanced and there is a seltzery quality to it. It's okay.

On tap at Governors Pub. Pours a clear orange with an white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice citrus note with a bit of grass and sweet grains underlying. Flavor has sweet citrus and a light grass note with a light grain backbone.
