Our driest cider is crafted using predominately Porter’s Perfection apples, together with several other traditional cider apples grown in our own orchards. This careful blending gives this dry, sparkling cider a unique flavour and delightful lingering finish.

Good foam on a crystal white body, strong carbonation akin to soda. The aroma is soft vanilla, a bit of dry apple, skins and soft sugar. Flavour is slight bitter apple, a bit of vinegar. Full mouthfeel. No sign of the alcohol. Adequate.

Taster from fhe bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear pale golden with no head. Aroma is funky. Taste is quite dry with some residual sweetnesd. Quite pleasant.

750 ml bottle. Pours a clear gold with no head but lots of carbonation. Aromas of warm sweet applesauce and old apples. Flavors of woolly dry apples.

Bottle - Baked apple and a touch of funk. Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Light bitter and dry with a touch of funky Apple. Dry, not sweet and not bad.

Bottle sampled at Summerland Heritage, pours a clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp, dry and puckering lightly tart apples. Flavour is bone dry and crisp, with no residual sweetness at all and just lightly tart apples. Some apple skins too. Decent.
