hazy golden colour, huge, long lasting off-white head; aroma of tropical fruits, floral notes, biscuit, some carrot and minimal citruses; tate of tropical fruits like mango, caramel, some piney and grassy notes, as well as hints of alcohol; not bad at all

From tap at Chez Moeder Lambic Saint-Gilles. Light unclear golden color with white head. Malty yeasty and hoppy aroma, citrusy, grassy, spicy. Sweet and bitter taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

F: big snow white long lasting. C: yellow/orange very hazy/no-transparent. A: mostly floral hops and a hints of citrusy, yeast. T: malty, musty, orange sour, candy sweetness, earthy, grassy, liquorish, coriander, medium body, lively carbonation, very good beer anyway.

Hazy golden color with a white head, good retention, lots of sediments. Aroma has bready notes, some toasty, fruity and spiced. Flavor is moderate sweet, bready and spiced notes with yeast. Alcoholic final with slightly sweet hints.

Cloudy yellow golden colour, big fluffy white head, dissipates quickly, thin layer remains. Fruity aroma, orange peel, grapefruit, lemon grass, yeast. Taste medium sweet and bitter, fruity, lemon notes. Medium to full body, oily texture, average carbonation, medium bitter aftertaste with sweet malty accents, herbal notes, fruity, alcohol well-hidden. Overall a nice ale, I miss some character.
