The aroma is good biscuit, some modest hops. Has great foam on a deep brown body. Flavour is mellow malt, some biscuit, very soft hops. Mouthfeel is full but simple. This is okay, though nothing really stands out.

On draft at Keefer Lake Lodge. Pours a clear amber with an ecru head. Aromas are grassy. Flavors are moderately bitter pine.

On tap. Pours mahogany with moderate head. Really can’t get much on the nose or flavor. Dried malts and bitter metallic hops.

On tap at BNA, pours a clear dark copper with a small white head. Aroma is maltier for an IPA, with toasted bready malt and light earthy hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with toasted bready malt, a touch of caramel and subdued piney hops. Too malty and bordering on too sweet. Not disastrous, but not a good recipe it seems.

Draft - Light grains, and bitter earthy notes. Clear Amber with a decent white head. Earthy bitterness and a dry finish with caramel. Meh.

Hazy amber. Thin head. Has a fruity hop, pineapple and pears. Has a full body, a fair bit of alcohol. Not bright enough for me...malts are a bit heavy-handed without adding anything. Same with the alcohol for that matter.

big punchy dried mango and citrus nose. Big punchy, but lack malt backbone.
