Opaque black color, decent beige head. Chocolate, raisins, yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied. Dark fruits, caramel, alcohol and some soya sauce in the flavor. Not very balanced.

A hazed brown ale with a thin lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light molasses, dark fruits, coriander, OK. In mouth, a nice roasted chocolate malt with nutty notes, burned toasts, a bit unbalanced, but overall, nice. Sampler at Battle of the Belgians at Jimmys 43.

Dark brown, white/beige foam. A lot of carbonation. Aroma of roasted malts, dark fruit. Bitter and mild sweet taste. Body is a bit thin. Good beer, nothing special.

Pours cola brown into a tulip. Cola head with medium retention recedes to coat surface. Sweet dark pit fruit and chocolate aromas. Dry with dark chocolate and pit fruit front to back.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty caramel aroma. Sweetish malty spicy caramel yeasty flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy yeasty caramel finish.

Bottle thanks to my good friend Niels. Clear dark red color, huge creamy off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, lightly roasty, iron, some caramel. Decently balanced, medium body and carbonation.
