Can 473ml (Beer Rep, no BB date)
Well, this is not a Berliner Weisse like it reads here. It is American Wheat with lots of grapefruit. Hazy orange colour, small steady white head and lace. Citrusy nose is a bit bready already with some wheatyness. Light to medium-bodied. Grapefruity, citrusy, some grain in the flavour. Probably has more grapefruit when it is fresh. Now just ok.

Can from the LCBO. Cloudy pale gold under a slow fading fluffy white head. Nose is primarily citrus with grapefruit dominant along with a wheat background. Also has lighter notes of yeast and pepper. Very light sweet start with a light to medium bitterness and a light tartness in the finish. Mouth is medium- with average carbonation. Not a typical wheat. 8/4-/7+/4-/15

Tap at Red Door Provisions in Ottawa. Translucent golden orange pour. Aroma is crispy malt, citrus hops. Taste is smooth citric bitterness with an assertive malt tang too. Nice easy drinking citrus-forward beer. Doesn’t taste like a wheat beer, happily.

Tasting at Matt’s, can
Cloudy pale blond color. Delicate citrusy aroma. A bit too yeasty and dirty, dusty in the final, but with some decent zesty touch.
Not bad.

500mL can, pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of grapefruit upfront, with a prominent zestiness, and even a bit of hoppy bitterness. Flavour is bright and fresh, with lots of citrus zest and crisp biscuity malt. Bright, fresh and quite drinkable. Good for what it is.
