Sampled from the tap at the Pierson location. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy grains with some smoke and a touch of grass. Flavor has an odd light smoke with sweet grains and a hint of grass.

Can from LCBO. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Steady carbonation. No lacing. Aroma of melon, cigarette butts and orange. Flavour of tangy orange and a pithy bitter finish. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Quite sharp and tangy - not great.

Cloudy, looks like a mix of orange and pineapple juice. Big creamy head, staying a long time and loads of great lacing. Both fruits are also found in the smell with some grass and honey. The taste has lots of citrus with the grapefruit and orange zest. Some creaminess to the mouthfeel. Good bitterness overall. Quite a nice fruity IPA.

Tasting at Matt’s; can
Murky pale blond color. Strange aroma; there are some citrusy hops, but also some rotten fruits and some vegetables. Dirty mouthfeel, chewy, floury, wheaty, and the bitterness takes a pithy turn.
Not bad, but weird.

Bottle - Citrus and candied peel. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light bitterness, some creamy notes and tea leaf like hops. Unusual and not quite to the style. Very creamy?

500mL can, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is quite ascorbic, with grapefruit astringency, some dankness, and a little butter. Flavour brings out piney hops, along with grapefruit, some dankness, and biscuity malt. Nicely balanced, with a dank, grapefruity finish. Good one.

Cloudy pale yellow with a large foamy lingering white head that leaves a lot of lace. Nose is dominant grapefruit with orange peel and tropical fruit with some light toast. Flavour is medium citrus bitterness over a very light malt base but doesn’t quite live up to the nose. Palate is medium- and silky with average carbonation a lingering bitter finish. Decent. 8/3/7-/3+/14

A hazed blonde ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with loads of citrusy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with light pink grapefruit, orange pulp, nice and smooth. On tap at Ottawa location.

Draft: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with a small foamy head with OK retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of light grainy notes with some citrusy hops notes. Taste is also a mix of grainy malt with some citrusy hops and light bitter aftertaste. Body is a bit light with good carbonation with light thin finish. Somewhat short of hops and finish is too watery and thin for my liking.

Tap at Mill St in YYZ. Opaque goldenrod pour with puffy white head. Aroma is pronounced tropical fruit hops - mango and citrus. Nice. Taste follows but not as pronounced. Very smooth palate in a mixed sort of way. More citrus bitterness in the taste. Not bad at all.
