Bottle at share. Hazy, milky pour, pale golden , relatively flat. Big stone fruit aroma, light tartness. Bright, sharp nectarine flavors, tartness is instant, but levels off. Excellent.

Tasting at Matt's
Murky yellow colour, like peach juice. Aroma of peach juice (nectarine) and sour. Aggressively sour, not fery deep or complex, but it has a clear nectarine character.
Very good.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque, filthy orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of intense nectarine, lots of pith, and a touch of oak. Flavour is enamel-strippingly sour, with intensely sour nectarines, tons of yeasty pith, and high acidity. A bit much on the acidity. Pleasant, but I imagine it was better at the beginning.

Many thanks! Large bottle sampled. Milky orange, creamy white head. Nose is massively lacto sour, faint vomit with huge fruit. Big bit plastic pure lacto sour with huge fruit, juicy, interesting prfoule, huge fruit, juicy lacto, very nice.

Sample shared, thanks! Murky dark yellow with barely any head. Strong peach/nectarine, sour grains, soft yeast, sharp lactic sour notes, soft herbs. Over medium sour and light sweet. Medium bodied. Nice fruits!

(Tap sample @ MBCC 2017 Red Session, Copenhagen) Pours hazy orange with a white head. Notes of intense juicy fresh nectarine, tart lactic edge conveys apricot too, floral perfume, citrus peel, orange flesh, moderate funky hay pile, touches of oak, a little malt but it's just supportive. Overall balance is pretty heavy tart but the juicy fruitiness balances that a bit, and it finishes quite dry and persistently nectarine-forward with some fruit skin and oak. Medium bodied, crisp, with rather light carbonation. Just beautiful, expressively fruity and truly well-balanced for a bold American sour.
