Tap. The Pilcrow, Manchester. Colour of fresh squeezed orange juice. Thin, dense, lasting, bright white head. Looks fantastic. Nose is like a bowl full of warm, ripe nectarines. Some soft funk. Some new leather. Some cut oak. A little chalky and mineraly. Taste has a sweetness from the fruit, turning dry and lightly sour. Clean and bright palate. Crisp, fine carbonation. Light, mineraly sourness to finish. Lovely.
